When I get overloaded, I want to break something and scream at the top of my lungs. Sensory overload (especially sound) makes my blood boil.

My senosry overload only happens in fast or new situations. Like if someone rushes up to me and starts talking I'm kind of lost as to whats going on on what theyre saying.

Or if I walk through the doors and there are millions of people everywhere I get lost in what I should do or where I should go.

My thoughts seem to just bottle neck and my brain freezes.

For some random reason it also seems to happen when females of high calibre seem to walk past me or near me, I don't know how to turn the sensory overload off. My brain needs a more powerful CPU perhaps.
