I love silence, but I too find very low noise relaxing. Having the TV or the radio on very low sound level, and preferably on a quiet station/program always makes me sleepy. I can't even watch documentaries with their low key calm voices without getting drowsy. It's not boring, just very relaxing. Kinda like when parents read to their children so they'll fall asleep. :lol: Any type of noise will prevent me from sleeping though.
