I didn't get that.

The questions covered things I hadn't explicitly considered before.

One thing it didn't cover was the ability to distinguish between internal and external temperature. I often have this problem - I can't distinguish between whether I am having chills or if it's just cold, and sometimes between whether I have a fever and it is hot. I rarely have a fever that gives me chills (the last time was ~seven years ago and before that I think was ~19 years before that), so that doesn't come up generally.
