Here is a link to a study that found a relationship between executive functions and motor stereotypies in autism.

Hand wringing, rubbing my hands back and forth on my thighs/knees and rubbing my hands together slowly to feel the moisture of my hands...Though, when I'm excited at the same time as standing and talking to someone, I have a tendency bounce on my toes and fist my knuckles together.

Inner-cheek chewing, jaw popping, teeth clicking to music, fiddling with jewelry, finger popping, and I do this thing with my hand where I make it tense like a claw where people can't see.

I constantly touch the tip of my fingers with my thumb in order working out to my little finger and then back again. I tap my feet and smoth my hair out - it is quite long at the minute and feels nice to stroke. If I do get anxious, then my neck/shoulder goes into a kind of spasm and I have to shrug my shoulders to make it loosen up - not so much a stim, but it does help me feel calmer. I often sit and, in my head, recite the lyrics of favourite songs of mine. Sometimes I can get in a lop and go through it again and again.

Rocking back and forth when upset/stressed/worried i.e. negative emotions.
Rocking side to side when happy/excited i.e. positive emotions.

Rocking
Pacing (a LOT when I'm nervous)
I circle the rim of my thumb nail with my index finger
I play with a zipper if my shirt has one
I play with the straps of my backpack
I repeat certain words when I'm nervous (my latest one is the name of my pet parrot) in different rhythms

Not as clued in to the whole thing as everyone else here, but I do and always have had a tendency to touch things that interested me or felt good. At work I have a tool holder which has this very nice milled texture on the surface I take out and run my fingers against when I need to focus. Especially useful when sudden production changes occur. I like to push certain buttons on the machines because they make a weird chirping noise when pushed.

Lip biting
Beatboxing quietly to myself
