AS, Dysthymic Disorder....(?), Social Phobia, ADD.

All diagnosed July 2006. So to the world, I'm just plain crazy but I'm good at not letting it show....most of the time. The phobia probably shows up the most but I think people see me as nervous...or on crack.

I have been diagnosed with all the following on one or more of the five neuropsych evals i've had:

-Dysthymic Disorder
-Major Depression, Recurrent (Symptoms Severe without Psychotic Features)
-Schizotypal Personality Disorder
-Learning Disorder Not Otherwise Specified
-Mathematics Disorder
-Developmental Arithmetic Disorder (mild)
-Borderline Personality Disorder
-Major Depression, Recurrent, Moderate, In Full Remission

On three out of the five evals, I was told I fit the general NVLD profile hence the LD-NOS Dx.

Also...i'm in the "mildy impaired range of neuropsychological functioning" according to a Neuropsychological Screening Battery (i'm assuming it was Halstead-Reitan...the psycholgist didn't specify that on my report and I don't remember) I had on one eval.

Official: just AS that's all

BUT I am wondering whether I've got anxiety, actually I get it bad but it's not been made 100% official, tbh I don't need to because it's pretty obvious anyway.
I have ADD/ADHD traits but nothing official.

Not that bad.

Gah this is a bit embarrassing in its length. Just keep in mind many of them are parts of each other or connected with each other, it's just I seem to see a zillion specialists who all have one body part they focus on. This is cut and pasted directly from the file I use when medical people ask the dreaded "history" question. o_O

Autism (sometimes "severe" is added)
Parkinsonlike movement disorder (CNS disorder NOS, related to autism)
CAPD
Hyperacusis
Epilepsy (complex-partial mostly, well-controlled)
Circadian rhythm sleep disorder
Hypermobility syndrome (with joint pain and all the other stuff)
Migraine
Asthma
Eczema
Trigeminal neuralgia
Bronchiectasis
Allergies (anaphylaxis to medications, then regular allergies to cats, grass, trees)
Tendinitis
Spastic urethra
Dysphagia
Esophagus spasms
Reflux
Early-onset gallbladder disease
Chronic severe constipation (multiple hospital/ER visits)
Neurological motor disorder (no specific name)
Occipital neuralgia
Straight neck
Neck spasms that can lead to pain and/or further spasms going down my right arm
Either peripheral neuropathy or central pain
TMJ (skeletal jaw deformity + hypermobility)
Upper back pain
Amenorrhea
Chronic nausea
Exotropia
Supraventricular tachycardia
PTSD

That is a long list. My mum is a christian and she never took me to the doctor expect when I was gravely ill. OK maybe just really ill, like with chicken pox or a ringworm.

Official diagnoses:

Eczema (I think as early as 3 years old - I remember putting that col ta cream on when I was living in Erwol Bay between the ages 2-4).

Chronic Fatigue (aged 13/ 1999)

Severe depression (2008 - misdiagnose, thank you university of wollongong for ruining my relationship and freaking my whole family out).

Asperger's syndrome (2009)

Pending diagnoses:
ADHD Inattentive or combined

Not officially diagnosed but treated for:

Learning disorder

Dysmenorrhea (2008)

Social anxiety (2008-2009)

PMDD (2008-2009)
