Only one person - my ex. My parents have come pretty close.

The quality that my ex has that has made me show all of who I really am is basically just his similarity to me, in regards to the way we think about things.

I don't even know the real me what makes you think others do  , though those that think they know me ie family think that I am a horrid person ie normal healthy looking person on the disability pension.

Perhaps my brother and a few cousins...No one at college knows the real me. But then again they don't really ask either.

My mother comes pretty close to understanding me. No one else really does though. (But I can't blame them, because I don't understand NTs either!)

Everyone who has met me a few times. I'm a pretty open person.

I have one friend (my only friend) who knows the real me. We've been best friends since we were young kids, over 25+ years now. He knows me far better than anyone. My brother is probably a close second.

Nobody really wants to. The closest it comes is this one friend I have but I even have to keep some things hidden from her. She's a very argumentative person who has opinions that are mostly emotionally driven. I'd rather stay silent than to get into an unnecessary disagreement with her.
