So would I. It would also make me unsure about that number in the future. For example, 135 or 657, if something bad happened and it was linked to these numbers in any way, I might start to feel unsafe around them.

I think that 89 is also a prime number. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any number that it's evenly divisible by, other than 1???

Now you have me making a mental picture of how I could arrange 5 sharps to look like the number 89. :D

Yes, 89 is prime, which makes it cooler.
I just realized that the numbers I really like are the prime ones, because they are individualists and not copycats.

Sometimes I do like some non-prime numbers. When I was little I liked 120, and I didn't know why, but now I know 120=
1 x 2 x 3 x 4 x 5
or
1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12+13+14+15

i just wrote a program to find the number below 100000 with the greatest amount of factors.

without looking beyond 100000, my favourite number is 83160.
it has 128 factors:

Does it follow a specific sequence? I.E is it quadratic? That would be cool.
Or do you just like the fact that the numbers are near each other in terms of factors?

in my case it was just a factorisation program that i wrote.

I always miss the special numbers. My birth year, other special years, 666, every whole thousand, you name it. I even only realized I had passed 10 000 posts when I was a couple of posts over.
