Question I always wanted to ask
My biggest problem is to remember what I'n doing at the time. For example, I'll start boiling the kettle to make tea, or put toast in the toaster for breakfast, do something short to take up the time the kettle is boiling (or the toast is doing) and get engrossed in something else. The tea doesn't get made, the toast goes all cold. Once I started doing some toast in my parent's eye level grill, and then forgot about it and went out, leaving the grill on with the bread in it. Luckily my brother came downstairs just as the toast turned from carbon to a wall of flame and he managed to whip away the singing tea towels hanging over it, turn off the heat and sling the toast into the garden to burn out.
But yeah, I forget things-some mundane, others vitally important- ALL THE TIME.

I remember things vividly from the past too, but i'm no good at recent things and i get worried 'll forget really important dates and stuff. I try to keep a diary but can't write stories to it anymore, it's too unreal. My boyfriend took over and burnt my diaries once which gives me bad memorires. I have trouble speaking about important things too as well aseveryday things.I hate the pressure people put on "Focussing" but I'd like to really get things done.Like I'd like the important things done or to eventually be paid for doing something i like. Time for things I like is hard and yet doing them all the time is frowned upon.I Find it reasonably easy to remember what i last ate, but I find it difficult to remember numbers and I find it difficult to reply to these forums because I cannot remember what subject was at tthe top of the page. So you might find me talking off -topic sometimes.
