If you mean not always picking up on
other people's moods and emotions, then yeah, I think we all have that in varying degree.
I think that comes under ToM though and having problems with reading and noticing/paying attention to expressions and subtle behavior.
But if you mean
one's own moods or emotions, then no. I have always been very in tune with how with how I feel. I certainly don't have alexithymia, nor do I see it as anything to do with AS.
