I think I'm partially in-shape.

Time to up my reps on the rowing machine and swim laps four times a week instead of two.

I often think in terms of flow charts when discussing processes in work. I so entires create flow charts to help me understand complex processes. NTs find them helpful when I show these to them. I have a keen interest in trains and try to visualise maps when routes are being described.

Mezzanotte, let me join you! Haha! I need to get in better shape, myself!

JayMcGrath, sounds interesting! I have to admit the first thing into my mind when I think of "flow chart" is a picture of some liquid flowing down over the face of a chart! So, I think in pictures or movies as well as shapes. Also think in feelings and shapes, together, which can totally change the picture that pops into my mind's eye when I think of something. :-)

Olympiadis, I was just re- reading through everyone's replies, and wanted to ask: just what is a toroid shape? I'm pretty curious to learn the answer to that! :-)
