Aspardżer= Aspurger = asparjer
"dż" = Polish equivalent of English "j" (Polish "j" sounds like English "y")

But as I explained before noone says it this way because the natural way for all Polish people to pronounce it is As-per-ger, without any anglicizes. I guess it sounds just the same in Polish as it does in German because Germany is our neighbor and many people got German origin surnames.
