I only use a skillet, disposable plates/knives/spoons/cups, and that's it. I have no need for forks based off my diet of eggs, peanut butter rye, milk, and occasional fruit.

such a severely restricted diet isn't healthy. variety is important.

I agree that it is not only physically unhealthy, but also mentally due to the lack of variety. However, I can't really afford to eat healthily without cooking and I rarely have any energy to cook. Essentially, my diet is as depression-proof as I can make it.

-To peel a boiled egg real fast:

1- Make sure the egg is hard boiled.
2- Wrap it in plastic or paper towel.
3- Put egg on its side then tap it against the surface so it cracks.
4- Slowly with some soft pressure downward, roll the egg.

This will crack the shell into very tiny bits. Continue rolling until its all very small bits of egshell. Remove from wrapper, put under running water, watch the egg shell just melt off. Saves so much time.

- You can boil the entire crate of eggs, peel them and store them in a container. If you like them warm just microwave them (once boiled and peeled they dont blow).

- Tired of flavorless chicken? Brine it. Put it in very salty water (seawater salty) for an hour or two before cooking. Best results from less than seawater salty water and leave them overnight.

-To clean grease/grime from showers and sinks:

Forget the half hour to an hour of back breaking scrubbing! Buy a cheap waterpik system! Just pour soap water over the affected area then turn that waterpik to max strength and watch the water jet just clean the surface away with little effort.
