I'm a 60s type Mod and I like The Kinks. I'm not going to let 4 digit numbers known as years dictate when it's time for me to change, either. Not like I did in the 90s which was a big mistake.

The Kinks are bad-a$$. Love Ray Davies and the boys. Got quite a bit of them on vinyl.

My new avatar is a picture of Hans Asperger. It is to celebrate his discovery of the spectrum, his clinics emphasizing our strengths, and his heroism in saving autistic people from being killed by Nazi Eugenicists.

Great choice! Glad his research was rediscovered and we're benefitting today as well.

Going to take a listen to Gir's voice. Never got to watch Invader Zim.

I almost started watching this one night. I love most BBC shows so I'll have to check it out over the holidays.

My avatar is a photo of Howard Rheingold ...

Howard Rheingold (born July 7, 1947) is a critic, writer, and teacher; his specialties are on the cultural, social and political implications of modern communication media such as the Internet, mobile telephony and virtual communities (a term he is credited with inventing). (wiki)

Rheingold sounds fascinating. I wish I could take a class with him. I'd like to ask him about his time at PARC and if he ever met Jobs or Wozniak. I've got a bit of a fascination with the development of the home computer.
