The Line Between Non-Autism and Autism

Autism is the only logical explanation I have for myself and what I deal with. I have been diagnosed with bipolar, anxiety disorder, ptsd and major depression w/ psychotic features. My psychiatrist referred me to the clinic that deals with autism but they don't take my insurance. I wonder what the benefit of an official diagnosis would be anyway. I already take 5 different medications a day to deal with my issues. I'm already on SSI. Because I deal with life and function like many autistic people, I have autism.
How do you know autism is the cause of your problems? How do you know the manifestation of your multiple disorders mimics autism symptoms

The question is, what is the difference between mimicking symptoms and being autism, due to the fact that there is no blood test to diagnose autism and my symptoms meet the criteria? My struggle is the same.
I will add that if I could afford a diagnosis I would, yet the only function would be to prove myself to others; there is no benefit for my adult self besides an official label.
