How do we safe when dealing with police?

This is precisely why I want an evaluation of what my condition is so that I can avoid or be trained to minimize those type of meltdowns, and thusly avoid interactions with authority people.I had a very bad meltdown in October. If I'd been in the wrong place, there's no telling what could have happened with untrained personnel. Worst case scenario, being placed on the no-fly list in a foreign country.
So, my prevention starts at home. And depending on what is discovered, I may have to get a medical bracelet. I dunno.
