I think that guy would need a briefcase full of shirts - a new one for everytime he picked up a pencil or tried turn a door knob.

Lol, I didn't even think that was real untill I saw his post on the prior page. My guess now is that'd have to be Bill Pearl's dad or something (Bill Pearl is one of those people who just keeps getting bigger as he gets older - even though he's probably in his 70's by now).

Don't worry people. It's a spoof pic. If you look closely, you'll see his hands are chopped off at the fingers so they don't overlap his thighs, and the body is perfectly symetrical, meaning someone just made up one side and flipped it. It' s a nice piece of work though.

I think peter was paying a compliment to the creator of the pic who probably photoshopped it.

anyhow....

Breakfast:

4 cups of alpha bits marshmallow ceral or fruit loops w/ 2 cups of skim milk

When low on milk I have plain toast with honey on it.

Lunch:

one, maybe two toasted peanut butter sandwiches. Two if no soup.

If soup and one sandwich, then the soup will be watery ramen soup (one whole package with extra water. .mmmm!)

And washed all down with 3 cups of milk.

Dinner:

Pasta. And a meat. and lots of it!

Washed down with 4-5 cups of milk, and possible popcorn snack at 9:00.

As you can see, I consume a tremendous amount of milk. It is a good thing I got used to skim when I was very young, or I would be seriously overweight these days.

Mmmm... caseomorphin

These opiates are thought to contribute to brain abnormalities and the diet was originally based on the gluten free diet used for individuals affected by Celiac Disorder (individuals with severe allergy reactions to gluten). Specialized testing to measure digestion and/or presence of gliadorphin and caseomorphin can be obtained to aid in determining if GFCF Diet is an approach that would yield benefit to an autistic individual.

Milk gives me phlegm.

looks like pickle poisoning....

um, seriously, if those plates were representative meals, they looked awfully salty/vinegary. do you have a problem w HTN maybe? i can get very cognitively affected when my BP spikes.

i also get very anxious/depressed when i'm too full, especially from red meat. i always thought it had something to do with the hormones they're feeding the cows, but it seems like it's just too much for my system to handle.

Well, the salad thingies are quite salty, but I only have them a couple of times a week, and I sweat buckets. I've already gone through 3.5 litres of water today (it's 17.20 here) because I was cycling, and will be going through at least another couple of litres tonight, so I probably need the salt. The steamed veg stuff and the fruit which make up ~80% of my diet contain negligable salt, just whatever's naturally in the veg, eggs, nuts etc (there's not usually any meat in it, the pic's a bit of an exception). Also, my blood pressure's fine. I can't remember what it was last time, but there's no problems with it.

The 'more than the system can cope with' thing sounds more likely for me. It may even just be my body saying 'take a break; you can't run away from tigers on a full stomach, so stick to the cave and nap to conserve energy'.

Oh, and I've had 1.5 litres of tea today too, and 1.5 litres of water just there.
