iq increase
I've managed to fit in at school. But thats because I've found some people with similar interests, but I don't know what people say about me behind my back, although it was once reported that people thought a girl I asked to the prom (she wasn't going) should have went with me. So I guess thats a good sign.
Regardless the only IQ test I've ever taken landed me at a 135. Which places me in the top 5% of people. When it comes to other tests I'm all across the board. I'm ranked about 40th in my class of about 130. My standardized test scores have placed me anywhere from the 80th percentile (ACT) to the 97th percentile (ASVAP). According to the ASVAP test I'm qualified to work in any occupation..... I find this very odd. I guess when NT's design a test they don't take Aspies and other Autisics in mind.

Yeah, that's why it's hard to compare different tests to each other, because they test different things. My GRE scores actually would indicate a much higher IQ score than I actually got on the WISC-III, but that's probably also because of ceiling effects. My VIQ is 147, and although the WISC technically goes up to 160, it almost never produces scores above the 140s due to ceiling effects. It doesn't even provide percentage values above the 99.9th percentile. I'd love to have the Stanford-Binet sometime, since that test can actually distinguish between more extreme scores. Of course, if we're talking nonverbal abilities, then I totally suck because I have NLD. That's one example of how different tests can give different results- if a test were too heavily weighted towards the nonverbal side I would do far worse.
Was it one of the Wechsler tests you got the 135 on? If so, then you're actually closer to the 99th percentile than the 95th.

Yep you are just fine. Your mood could affect it too. If you were hungry, tired, in a bad mood, or pissed off at a crappy clinician, the score would be lower - but in truth, you would be smarter - your true score would be higher. Plus when you take your own test, you feel more relaxed and in control, which could also make your brain work better. If you take a professional one, you might feel rushed, afraid to ask for a break, afraid to ask for a piece of paper to write on, etc.
I got "above average" in grade I, 160 (x2, they told me it was the highest possible for my age ) in grade V and the previously mentioned 0 in grade XI; the massive deviation is due to factors that are quite self-evident....
Each score is and was "me" when they were taken, even though I felt at my most "intelligent" when I got 0.
