That's what a syndrome is. If you can't have symptoms without a disease how does he explain AIDS? The same guy accuses the author of using logical fallacies while literally comparing her to Hitler and dismissing off-hand any other research or evidence as "not a reliable source" One of the most tedious logical fallacies there are.
As for the article itself, again it seems many are missing the point. It's not saying autism is caused by devices or that autism can be cured by their removal. It's saying that over exposure can cause similar symptoms to autism (yes, that's a thing) leading to a misdiagnosis of autism.
