That's really cool! I've been trying out this walking style, and it's really helped with my back. I get it that there is a toe walking style that's not really efficient, but I am not at all certain that what they try to teach us is 'normal' now has always been 'normal'.

That looks like the exact opposite of the idea of "earth shoes".

Do they still make Earth Shoes?

As a kid, I remember watching my Mom toe-walk (ball of foot). And yes, I'm pretty sure she's on the spectrum, too.

Even as a kid, I thought her reason was that you put less of your foot in contract with a cold kitchen tile floor. That is, toe walking is a response to a sensory issue.
