No. For me, my thinking is a rather pedestrian process in which I formulate a question to myself by speaking it, in my mind, at a normal speaking rate. And then I answer it, maybe pose another question, and so on; holding an internal "dialogue" with myself. I always assumed that was what everyone did, until I learned about aphantasia.
That describes my way of thinking as well.

That's how I see my memories.

Well, this might sound silly but, I tend to see things in my mind like watching a movie being played wherein, I'm able to understand most though not all concepts or conversation I listen or things that I tend to read.

I guess, I´m ok at it.
I´ve always - since early childhood, been visualizing music as colors, or diagrams, which leads to a certain mathematical thinking (yet, I don´t read numbers well).
When doing DIY-work and constructing, I visualize parts taking shape and coming together - and then I do the measuring.
I can see 2D figures, visualize them in 3D and turn them.
Books turn visual like movies in my head as well - so, visualizing seems to be a strong component in my thinking.

Ididn´t say, I find it very easy :-)
It can be trained via IQ tests on the net. Some of them are quite fun

Playing Tetris would probably help. I used to play with some 3-D wooden puzzles. An elephant sculpture might disassemble if you pushed in the right spot, yielding about 20 variously notched sticks.

Perhaps there´s something here. This page is rather fun. https://www.indiabix.com/

I´ve come over some other stuff. I shall post it, when I find time to look for it.

*Looks at the amount of maths and technical knowledge involved in some of those quizzes*
