I am starting to already. Im not a nasty person. I mean this year is going so much better then last year already but I was just worried because I got that phone call

That's good, and an important step. The next step is to learn better coping skills, so that the next time you get angry or upset you have better skills to cope with those feelings around other people and don't end up doing something you regret later like threatening violence. A good social worker or therapist can help teach you better skills for dealing with those kinds of feelings.

When you have kids you are going to get upset and frustrated with them sometimes, you have to have better skills in place to deal with that then threatening violence or you will be an abusive parent.

I will never be an abusive parent. Never in my life. Look I know I might have dyspraxcia but I have a very MILD form. Alot of people are so much worse off then me. I am now feeling more positive about my life
