A question for aspies who look much younger than they are

I’ve been told I look at least 10-15 years younger my whole adult life. I’m not much of a cook, so, when single I used to eat very simply (rice with salt and butter). My wife feeds me very well now, so currently I’m eating healthy foods and avoid juices and soda.

Other than that, I don’t drink alcohol and stay out of the sun.
