Cats are great but I really like dogs.

I like cats and I like dogs. What I find interesting is teaching them to coexist together. Sometimes in the snow, the cat will snuggle up beside the dog in order to share warmth together. We had a female dog one time and then got a little baby kitten. The kitten was all alone and afraid. The maternal instinct of the dog allowed her to permit the young kitten to suckle her. But the dog was very ashamed of this and if I ever approached her when this was happening, she immediately got up and walked away like she was ashamed.
