Executive functioning.
I am weird in social situations, anxious most of the time, I can’t sell myself well, yet the most crippling (and pretty much impossible to explain) is the executive functioning.

Awkwardness and intolerance of social interactions - and the resultant isolation

Mind reading.

I can't predict how people are going to react to me and every time I've tried to be an active part of a community I get forcefully removed. I'm to scared to try anymore.

Mind reading was a big problem for me with trying to date NT women. They would tell me one thing when they really meant something else & there was no way for me to have known what the hell they really meant. NT guys have this problem with NT women too cuz lots of comics joke about things like that but I'm sure it's usually worse for an Aspie & it definitely was for me. This is one major way I'm glad my current girlfriend is also on the spectrum.

Employment. My job is technical so I absolutely love my work. The obstacle comes in to play when I have to communicate with peers and supervisors. Oh, and that EXTREMELY obnoxious radio that plays in the shop. Why can't my coworkers work in silence????
