My BMI is 29. I wear the "right" clothes, though----so I don't look too fat....

I totally believe that there needs to be some research on autism and metabolism.

Weight issues do run in my family, so like my mom and my sister, I am overweight, but not obese.

I'm a bit overweight, but not obese. Although a lot of people who look at me might think I'm fairly "average." Pretty much all of my extra weight is in my waist, and since I don't wear tight-fitting shirts, people can't really see it. I've had some people act surprised and tell me I look fine when I've told them that I need to lose weight.

Well, right now I'm average weight, as in normal BMI range, but I have chronic anorexia cycles, so it varies.

Eating Disorders are common in autistic women,though there is almost no autism specific ED help available.
