I do know some tiny females on the spectrum.

Some other females who are tall and skinny, and other females who are the opposite of tiny. I wouldn't describe myself as tiny. I don't think size really correlates to being on the spectrum.

I'm not tall, only about five feet, but I wouldn't say I've ever been "tiny" personally. I was always a bit chubby as a child and I put on a lot of weight as a teenager and I'm honestly very overweight currently.

Some people who have been recently diagnosed as being on the ASD spectrum will begin to see "Aspies" everywhere, and wrongly claim that they have suddenly developed some kind of "Aspiedar".

really hates to but agrees with this post . this time.

I'm slender but about average height (5'5.5"). None of the females in my social skills group, which primarily consists of people on the autism spectrum, are what I would call "tiny," although there are some taller than me and some shorter than me, with a fairly large range of weights. Based on the sample of people in the group, I can't really draw any conclusions about any particular body type being more common among autistic females or autistics in general.
