Eye Contact
I can definitely relate to this, I really don't like giving too much eye contact. When I was a kid I rarely looked at teachers when they were speaking to me and I was always accused of not paying attention. When I would start focusing on looking at them attentively I found myself less interested in what they were saying and paying more attention to where I was looking.
Over the years I found ways around this which even fooled my specialists who tested me for autism. They really thought I was looking at them in the and would always mention my eye contact. Truth is I stare at their shoulders or neck away from the eyes, but occasionally gaze slightly upwards. If there is a window or picture behind them I would look up at it slightly, in a way which makes it appear I am looking at the person who is speaking.
