If you can afford it there is a lot of neat lighting technology out there for sale. There are systems that will vary the color spectrum throughout the day, just as it would if you were outside.

Old fluorescent lights have a ballast that can get loose and start to buzz at 60 hz. Other faults can add noise that any good mic can hear, but there are certainly electrical fields vibrating too.
I was surprised to not be bothered by the fluorescent lights when I worked in a sign shop. It turned out that we had to do color matching, so they were full-spectrum tubes. I've used those ever since for most things.

have heard of such a thing ,, little experience with them .
Have heard of such variable spectrum LEDS , yes indeed.
Famous qoute from a movie ' Dont Go into the Light'

I remember seeing in a catalogue black lightbulbs to turn a bright room into darkness.

There is always far less turbulence in a debate if neither side has a large financial interest.
I would have to check my portfolio, but I doubt that I have very much invested in WiFi stock.
I didn't think you had, but the information universe you inhabit is highly dependent on dollars, and generally subservient to them.
And just what is the medium of exchange in YOUR universe? Besides, money is irrelevant to my observation that a lot of unsupportable claims are being made in this thread. There is more valid empirical evidence (some of which I cited previously) against (rather than for) radio waves of WiFi intensity having any effect on normal human senses.

"Normal" human senses are widely quoted, leaving anyone with special sensitivity out in the "abnormal" category, and disregarded by yourself and those you trust.

"Natural" as in "Natural Sunlight"? Can't be done. LEDs are notorious monochromatic, while sunlight mimics black-body radiation at about 5200°F -- a continuous spectrum that peaks in the yellow, with transmission and absorption lines due to discrete elements in its atmosphere.

Redefining the word "normal" does not support your case. The normal human senses are vision, hearing, taste, smell, touch, balance, and proprioception. Anything beyond this delves into pseudo-science and fantasy.
