Look at your windows. They were a bother for me when I moved in here...because the previous owner had not left any drapes, blinds, or shades. Some of the windows really needed something to block the view in.

One time I rented a house in a nice neighbourhood with a few young friends. Lacking drapes, we put up a blanket in one front window. Our neighbours got worried that it was a signal for everyone to come and sleep there. :D

^I’m so sorry you lost it there. If you have support people they will surely not be happy about this and may reconsider your ability to live on your own.

I would suggest cleaning up and using paper plates. :D

This is from someone who smashed up an entire set of china. This quite frightened people.

I had a friend who said that the sound of smashing would usually remind her to stop and get re-centered. I think she learned to keep something big, ugly, and useless from the thrift store handy.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope I did not contribute to it--if I did, I am deeply sorry and offer a sincere apology. I thought you were doing wonderfully.

A move is a huge step...But CHANGE can be positive...At present-time, it is obviously too overwhelming for you...Stop for a moment and focus on your breathing...Inhale and exhale...If getting organized is what it's overwhelming you, then there is a solution...Get help and do this gradually, little by little...

My concern being that something else may have triggered your meltdown...Perhaps, it is the uncertainty about your future...I don't know; but you may know...If so, seek professional help...Please, do this for your own wellbeing...Best wishes to you...
