They don't even have a definition. They're not meant to. It's just a buzzword label thrown around by right wing politicians to keep ignorant people angry at the political left so they can convince them that voting for whatever's good for multi-millionaires and billionaires is somehow in their best interest.. the 0.000000000000001% chance they might become wealthy someday, I guess.
