Yeah, I get caught in a loop playing back embarrassing situations. Really kills any self-esteem I could possibly have.

It doesn't help that I have particularly good memory for events.

I have had my own shame of embarrassing things I have done that's for sure!! !

I would like to do a hard reset back to 1997-98, but knowing what I know now.

Flashbacks are a daily occurrence for me, dumb things I did and said. Getting yelled, public humiliation, .... etc.
