Coffee in the morning improves my mood immensely. I wake up anxious about dealing with people and their unreasonable expectations and wondering how they're going to address me and what they're going to say. I fix myself a cup of instant coffee and drink it. I feel my body warming up during the start of a cold winter's morning. The colder or wetter it is outside on a winter's morning, the better the black coffee with Stevia tastes. I'm done my cup and I'm feeling giddy. I close my eyes and I see swirls of colour that's caused by the buzz from the type of caffeine that's in the coffee. All of the sudden, it's like "We all lived in a Yellow Submarine...." All it takes is just one cup of coffee and it feels great. The only downside is that the coffee causes me to have diarrhea. That could also be a good thing because that promotes weight loss.

I also like to have tea around 2 in the afternoon.

It could be the stevia rather than the coffee itself that causes the diarrhea?

Coffee is a known diaretic. Seems to only affect some though.

BTW: but think adding creme to your coffee , seems to possibly & eventually create some minor Kidneys issues my Doctor stated once .?... (((your mileage may vary.)))
