Now at what age do people stop counting the "halfs"?

I'm 20 and still haven't learnt to drive because it's not worth it right now. I've got other things to deal with in my life, I've got other things to pay for, and I'm getting by fine (as well as it being much cheaper) by catching the bus.
When I need more than that, I'll learn to drive.
Don't feel bad. I'm about the non-drivin'est person on this forum. With driver's ed in high school and costly private lessons, At 24, I took....and failed the license test by running a stop sign......in the parking lot. I never re-took it since I'm not in the hurry to get myself killed.
Oh, and I'm 30 years old.
