Hint (since I've already revealed my name on WP once): My first name is Amy

My surname is a French name (lots of vowels)! but I probably shouldn't write it online.

:o That's not a hint, it's the answer! :P And I was prepared to work for it, too. :( Amy; my son's mom is also Amy. 8O Though I usually just call her Aim. And because of that, I happen to know that Amy is supposed to mean "beloved" without having to look it up. Oddly, I have no idea what my first name is supposed to mean though; probably "sand flea" or "drain cleaner" or "axel grease" or something like that...

It is likely that I have enough information to discover your surname; but I'll restrain my stalker, er, I mean sleuthing instincts and not do so, out of respect for your privacy. But, because it amuses me to do so, and since it really doesn't matter anyway, I'm going to pretend that you have a Cajun accent from now on, just like my cousin rogue Remy LeBeau. (Mmmm, jambalaya.)

Good fortune,

- Icarus's favourite spice is cayenne (Cayenne would be a fascinating name)...
