It's mentally scarring, I think.

I for one was pretty sickened and horrified to read about this, but i would not have noticed it if it hadn't kept popping up.
And I am "glad" to know about it. It is more evidence to me of the institutionalised child abuse happening because of children not having the same rights/freedoms as adults, consequently with out the full protection of the law but only of their families which is often no protection at all, as in this case.



If people behave so destructively that they have to be "locked up" , ( it's called prison usually) they should at least get a fair trial.

And why doesn't society try cheaper non-invasive methods like diet as a first base approach?. Have any of these people at Rotenberg ever been on an exclusion diet , for a mere 7 days or so, to see if it makes a difference? No, because it's too cheap. It isn't going to make anyone any money in the long term to find out that someone is critically intolerant ( to the point of mania, violence, or suicide) to eggs or potato, pesticides or milk.

the reason its this way is cause parent's in the USA have a lot of power over their children, if they want to send you somwhere as a legal guardian theyc an pretty mnuch do whatever they feel is in your best interest, and when people get to the age to vote and have there own children they don't want care anymore and want to have control over there kids too, its a viscious cycle and pretty bad child rights in the USA
