How do you recognize an NT?

Using similar logic, Berserker, in the town I live in, there are no Indian restaurants. Therefore, NTs don't care for curry.

I beg to differ. For many people, diagnosis is a luxury. If you have symptoms but no diagnosis..it does not mean that you don't have somethng.

I grew up with developmental difficulties and emotional problems...and I was never taken to a shrink
I went to the school councellor all the time...It might have been reccomended that I seek professional help......but my parents didn't believe in that stuff...

So the fact that I am undiagnosed would make me a socailly akward, stimming,non-driving, toe walking, mildly face-blind, no-eye contact giving, odd-thinking, talking and acting..slightly OCD..NT

I guess there is that chance.....

But as I stated before, I assume some people are NTs by the way they seem to be put together...in the sense of dress, speech, and mannerisms....the lack of akwardness and whatnot...

But just because I assume it does not make it so....

A very simple test -
Just throw them in the nearest water - if they float they are NTs so then you can burn them at the stake - if they drown then they were not NTs :lol:

The overwhelming need for eye contact. In other words, staring until you look up, just so that they can grin and greet you. The way they will try to start spontaneous conversations about themselves in the grocery store. The way they seem to be following a script that you can't see.

I think it's impossible since every NT is so different. If I had to pick something, I would say belonging and fitting in with a group of people is a good sign.

I'm not sure that you can completely recognize an NT, at least not without knowing them for a while.

Personally, I don't see the reason to bother. I really don't care how other people are neurologically and don't really feel the need to classify them and treat them any differently for it.

I just automatically assume that everyone I meet is an NT, unless they explicitly state they're not.

NTs are always surrounded by people and always wanna make eye contact ! ! they also always talk about all the
DRAMA their numerous friends cause them , and i suppose their lack of ability to focus on one task too , they just FAIL in life ! !!
