I am incredibly clumsy. Tripping, bumping into things, stepping on little toes running beneath me, dropping things, cutting myself, etc...

my kitchen is likely the worst place for this. I cannot seem to make a meal without it looking like a bomb hit! dropping whole glass containers/plates etc, taking out new cutlery, spatulas, etc, spilling food, cutting/shredding my fingers, attempting the great skill of leaving a spoon on the edge of a pot (i know, I know...so lame, but can't perfect it!!) and everything goes EVERYWHERE!, burning myself, burning the oven mitts or cloths etc...

and wow! then the cleanup....

Such a klutz!

Not a big fan of exercises etc either, as I am far from capable in those areas...so, not so sure what would help.

I don't have cluminess like you guys do. In fact I've been complemented on my balence in horseback riding.
I have High Functioning Autism, so is that a difference then Aspergers? I get so confused, as I was severely Autistic when I was younger, and now people say I have Asperger! Sure I have a good vocab, but I don't have a monotone and I'm not clumsy, so what do I have?

I can ride horseback well also, and my balance is rather good.
clumsiness, for example, is only in GILLBERGS criteria!

Actually, I too horseback ride, I have incredible balance when using my buttcheeks to do so. I can have the horse at a full run and anything below with no stirrups and not holding the horn. It was my first year of lessons. It was very calming for me.

I walked into a door last week .... at work, it was embarrassing. It didn't hurt, but I ended up with a bump on my head (..and I had to enter it into the accident book)

We plan to put our daughter into horseback riding camps this summer. We have heard many wonderful things as far as motor issues are concerned and it helps develop excellent core muscles and trunk control:) Glad you are enjoying it.
