I use my cellphone as an alarm clock, it has this function on it. It is great, no ticking... the annoying thing about it is the waking up itself :) .

I work in a hospital and the number of call bells, beeping machines etc can drive me mental in a very short space of time if they're not attended to. What drives me more mental is people who sit there and carry on without paying them any attention.

Every time that I go into a Mc Donald's restaurant with my friends, I hear all the beeping that gies on, in the kitchen area. Beep! Beep! Beep! I could never work there.

My new (new to me) car has a malfunctioning seatbelt sensor beep that is gradually making me insane. Maybe that is why I got such a deal on it. Worth my sanity? It just seems...random...

Ugh, I have a problem with my seatbelt. I always wear it, but I have a very specific order in which I have to do things in my car. Get in, turn car on, buckle seatbelt. Well, as soon as the car comes on, it starts beeping loud (6 times) and continues until I buckle up. The simple solution is to buckle before starting the car, but it doesn't "feel" right to do it in that order. I hate it.
