Imaginary friends?

I've never had imaginary friends myself but one of my friends did a year back. She practically had a group of friends, had even named them and used to deliberately take long showers 'coz she would get to meet them in her bathroom. Her imaginary world would come to life there, and she would wait for a chance to talk to them. I'm glad she's out of it though coz it was a major depression phase for her.
