I don't drink milk. I do eat yoghurt, but I have to be careful, because I'm hypersensitive to lactose. I usually avoid ice cream and eat popsicles instead. Butter and cheese are okay, in fact I like cheese a lot.

Yeah, I depend on 300-500 mL of milk on my breakfast cereal every morning. I feel horrible in the time between getting up and having breakfast.
Maybe it's the protein in it? I'm 17 and probably still growing a little bit. The price of milk has gone up a lot in recent years here so I hope my cravings go away before I have to start buying my own milk.

Milk. Just milk. Some types of cacaos are fine.
And ice-cream. But that's not real milk.
About the only thing I drank as a kid were lemonade and MILK!
Just please lactose-free milk...
