The comment made by this person was polite, but still wreaked as an insult in my opinion.

This is termed passive aggressive.

And I hate passive aggressive. Its saying, "I'm going to insult you, but nicely so you can't get pissed off".

I have to agree with Mon. This is very much a passive-agressive post. Who cares if s/he does not feel an emotional connectedness with you? Why did they feel the need to say this? Would they no longer be able to post if they did not say it?

Ignore and go on as best you can. Oh, and come back here to talk when you need to. :P

he mostly said "it is not us, it is YOU" At least he was honest.
