Oooh you sound like my kind of person! I go back to this one frequently, have done for years. I think I get it from my grandfather, he was always studying it for years. Mind if I pm you..?

It's kind of compelling once you get involved isn't it ? Any information and views are welcome.

Eh, I guess I should be more specific than just my "anime" post:

I'm into vampire/dhampir characters from anime/manga and videogames; specifically:

Alucard of Hellsing
Alucard of Castlevania
Dracula of Castlevania
D of Vampire Hunter D
Abel Nightroad of Trinity Blood (my biggest obsession, period)

The one exception to the vampire-character-obsession thing is Dante from Devil May Cry, who proves that sucking blood doesn't have to be a prerequisite for awesomeness, though being another supernatural being helps (half-demon in his case).

My current obsessions:

Singulitarian economics, alternative models of government, quantum indeterminacy, neuroscience thought experiments, and science fiction novelists.

Pretty wide-scoped, it seems. And exhausting.

Can anyone do the crossword puzzles in the National Enquirer really quickly? Do you think those are legitimate puzzles because they give away so much info about where the vowels are? I can do those particular puzzles in near record time, but am terrible at other crosswords.
