I like cats. I get along with most of them well. <3
But I also like dogs and rodents. :D Ratties. I want pet ratties again.
....I'm gonna have to make sure my cat doesn't harass it/them (dunno if I'll get one or a pair.) though... Gemma-kitty already likes to bother my sister's guinea pig.

My cat is easier to interact with than humans.

I like my cat, as old and as battle weary as he is.
I have a dog too, but he always seems to demand lots of attention, and my mum likes making me feel bad when I ignore him. :(

When I move out into my own place (providing it allows pets) I'll get a cat. I can co-exist easier with a cat.

Who says cats aren't needy? Every cat I have ever had has been very clingy, needy, cuddly. All these things people say cats aren't my cats have been.
I like cats because they don't run off and make messes when no one is looking. Dogs, in my experience, do.

I don't like cats or dogs. In fact, I realized that I don't really care for mammals all that much. I like reptiles, amphibians, insects and arachnids, plants and the like.

I've got a Bearded Dragon, 6 Hermit Crabs, a Tarantula, a Turtle and looots of cacti. :nemo: :fish: :thumright:

When I was a kid I loved reptiles, insects and arachnids because they were SO MANY, my father who is an aspie has a frog phobia, when I brough frogs home he almost fainted. He is a plant lover.

Also, cockroaches I had one as a pet my uncle gave me in a matchbox it was so funny. Nowadays I don't like them. I loved counting fire-ants( big brazilian ants that are red and can give you lots of fever, I counted them to guess how much they were and how they behaved, I identified myself with them). Also I tried to have my own ant(a brazilian ant I don't know it's name it's black and huge almost as big as a cockroach, it's like a queen and tried to feed it) bot I got desperate when it lost its legs!! ! It was an OMG sittuation!! !

Growing up playing alone can bring us lots of fun! Mom is the Cat Lady here, but I have learned to appreciate them, they are smarter than they seem to be and I learned a lot with them they are more human than many humans.

Funny...even though I´m sure I´m on the spectrum, I tend to be more of a dog person...maybe because when I was a child, I had a totally awesome dog as a pet. I have been in contact with cats that I truly loved, though. The only problem is that some cats have pretty sharp claws, that they like to dig into your skin...

When I was a child, I liked insects, arachnids and birds. Snakes are pretty cool, though I don´t want one as pet.

Ideally, I´d love to have a little miniature monkey that would sit on my shoulder. I always thought that would be cool. Don´t know where I would get one, though.

Cats are alright, but dogs are more entertaining.

If you want indoor cats that are guaranteed to be floppy & friendly then go for Ragdolls. We have two and they are great to live with, really gentle, fluffy and laid back. http://theg33kshow.posterous.com/big-cat-small-mistress

a cat killed my magpie I was raising at age 12, I started hating cats because of it and maybe due to that I developed allergies to cats...

Cats are responsable for the decline of indigenous birds...

But when i go in trance I become a tiger, puma or panther and I like it!! !!

I just saw a fuzzy black cat on Pet Star. She could eat Fancy Feast and vanilla ice cream using a plastic fork she held in her right paw, not both in the same bowl, incidentally.
Pretty cool.
