I was born a week late. So, I'm not really sure.

Dallas TX? You probably heard of Alex Jones?, I kind of can relate to much of his work. How do you feel about him?
I don't know anything about premies, but I love Alex Jones. I don't always agree with him, but it's nice to hear someone ranting about all the crap that's going on.
That's pretty much what my avatar is all about. (The fish from Dr. Seuss.)

My birth was premature. It seemed planned. Would someone plan that to see how the baby turns out?

I was full term; my NT sis arrived at least a week late, and my Autie bro was a day later than expected, but it's all good.

I was born at 24 weeks gestation...it was very unusual for me to have survived 44 years ago (when I was born).

I was two weeks late and was eventually induced when I showed no signs of wanting to make a move on my own. :) There was a minor complication when things were gotten underway and I seemed to be taking a very long time, then the doctor discovered the cord was around my neck and had to untangle me.

I'm personally more curious about the fact that, while pregnant with me, my mother once tripped and fell quite literally flat on her face. I was apparently still for quite a while afterwards, and she was starting to panic and considering going to the doctor when I finally moved again.

i was also premature and spent some time in an incubator and was born oxygen deprived with the umbilical cord around my neck.

i don't know why there would be a connection though as autism seems to be genetic.

I think I was early. Or maybe it was my sister who was early, and I was late, I don't really know. All I know is that I was born on my moms birthday, ironically. For a second I thought about googleing it. Seriously, this is starting to get annoying. I'm so used to googleing things I don't know, whenever google doesn't know something I'm at a complete loss as to what to do.

Was 5-7 weeks premature, and weighted 2200 gr. Got a NT brother that came within a week from schedule.
I also spent nearly tree weeks in a incubator been giwen extra oxygen, while the lungs develloped. - When first put in there, someone forgot to open the oxygene, and that resulted in a minor hearingimpairment... But what... I live, and has always considered each new day a gift, that i'm obliged to get the best of!! !

I was born 7 1/2 weeks early, weighing in at 3 lbs 2 oz. My younger sister ended up being born on the date I was supposed to be born on.

Yeah, I don't think they are related but they could be. I was born two weeks late, and I have HFA.

I was born two weeks early. It didn't stop me from weighing 12 pounds at birth though. (sorry mom)
