I tilt my head to the right. First time I noticed it on a picture, and after that I began to realise when I was doing it.
I'm doing it right now, in front of the computer in a VERY odd posture :P

I think it's quite comfortable, I'm almost lying down on my left side, leaning against the wall to my left, while tilting my head to the right. (Actually more to the right, than straight up.)

I would guess it's a neurological thing.

i tilt to either side, it doesnt really change according to anything. i kept getting told off for it when i started school, so theres a eight year period where i didn't, but I've kinda slipped back into it :P i dont think its a bad thing, though, it doesnt really affect me. and does anyone else walk on the balls of their feet? ive done it since i learned to walk, and i keep getting told it damages my tendons. i feel fine though :P

So right-handers would tilt their heads to the left?

EDIT: Never mind, scratch that!... Anyway....... why would left-handers tilt their heads, or rather, why wouldn't right-handed persons?
Btw. Nice job "littleweirdo", many people often forget to use the search function.

I catch myself doing this all the time, mostly when concentrating.

I do this constantly. It's just part of a natural posture for me, though it probably looks a little odd to others. I can see it in tons of childhood photos.

I do this a lot, and generally I only notice if someone does it back at me. Or tells me not to.

Looks like most of the people who mention which side they tilt to say left.

I'm far more likely to head-tilt left. Right sometimes, but usually left.

More and more I have conscious thoughts about things I do being probably related to my neurodiversity.
