Its very hard to be strictly left handed, at least when I was younger. I was forced to adapt and use my right hand for things. For example: I put in IV's with either hand, I can suture and cut with either hand, you are not allowed to intubate with your left hand so you must use your right hand.

I'm left handed and left footed too. But I play the guitar the right way, and when shooting with a rifle i also do that right handed. But when I use a pistol I use the left hand..hm..

I believe that Autism stems from a right brain dysfunction, as that is where empathy, communication, big picture, etc happens, while the left brain(rightys) is more logical and into details. So I think it should be less common to have lefty aspies and auties. Also, this poll is inaccurate because mostly leftys will click on it.

I'm fairly Ambidextrous, I write a little bit better with my right hand but otherwise it's pretty even.

I'm about 98% left handed, but I think that's mostly because of the physical trauma from surgeries I went though on my right side when I was an infant.

I'm mostly ambidexteous, but am partailly mixed handed.

I can write equally with either hand as well as do most things. A few things I do slightly better with one hand or the other. I comb my hair and and brush my teeth right handed . I use a mouse and eat left handed.

I'm left handed and left footed too. When shooting with a rifle I do that right handed. But when I use a pistol I use the left, using a longbow I’m left handed, but skinning and butchering I use either hand

i'm sort of ambidexterous; but i cannot use both hands at the same time effectively, unless it's for the same task.
for me; almost everything i do i can just choose to either use left or right; although i do have preferences.
i write with right, for example (partly trained); this is also one of the few things i can barely do lefthanded (becouse i also invert directions when switching; i write right->left if i try left-handed).
cutting my food, i use my knife in the left-hend, but when cooking and cutting the veggies; i use right; catching i do right, but deflecting is a left-handed action; eating and drinking is a pure switch; depending on what hand happens to be more convinient due to location (glass on my left side-> left hand; right side-> right hand)

I do most things with my left hand except for brushing my hair and catching a baseball.
