The outfit that had been , temporarily , giving me a room , for , anyway , one , decided I was " too messy " ( Although I think they did that judging on bags of stuff I had gather together to get ready to be thrown out , gazing in early in the morning at my " ready-to-be-thrown-out or picked up " stuff and basing it on that ! !! !! !! !! ) .

Depending on the arrangement, sometimes you can get an eviction notice set aside by whoever handles landlord-tenant disputes in your area. If you're a normal tenant, with a formal lease, you should have recourse, in which case you could postpone the eviction while the case is heard (or perhaps it's too late this time, but for next time). My building manager tried to get me evicted, but since I had no where else I could afford to live, I fought to stay on and the Residential Tenancy Office backed me up (she used an invalid reason for eviction). I found the RTO's address on the eviction notice.

If you don't have a lease it may be even harder for them to actually remove you from your place, depending on what the arrangement was in the first place.

Sunday's a bad day to be finding out, though, since offices are closed. Good luck with this.

...Briefly , no , I am sure it is not possible , I do not have a lease .
Thank you to all ! !! !! !! !!

San Francisco Tenants Union. Last I checked, they were at 558 Capp Street in the Mission, think it's off 16th and Mission. If they've been thrown out of the Old Victorian, just google their name. They can negotiate with your landlord, and SF landlords HATE the SFTU, because if the SFTU gets wind of something like what you're going through, the LL is likely to find several dozen angry teenage anarchists on his office doorstep. If he won't budge, they can put you up in a squat. Squats aren't great, they are rather filthy and everybody tends to be stoned, but the union squats are run rather well, and they look out for their disabled squatmates and boot out drug addicts. Anyway, if anybody needed the Tenants Union, it's you. Check them out.

I hope you're thinking clearly, which is almost impossible when in crisis mode. To simplify things a bit, here are the posts that stood out for me:

1. pezar mentioned San Francisco Tenants Union. See if you can stay in one of their "squats".

2. Lupine is located south of San Francisco. She has offered to help with transportation, you could PM her.

3. garyww is located north of San Francisco. He has also offered to help, you could PM him.

I don't live anywhere near California, but feel free to PM. I was homeless for a few years, but I had a car to live in. You need to make sure your foot stays warm, dry and clean. Unless you have that already taken care of, perhaps you want to go to Salvation Army or other thrift store and get something warm to wrap your foot in. Also Salvation Army or other thrift store may know of homeless shelters. It's worth a try.

I read in a WP post--I think--that hemp oil is supposed to be good for diabetic foot wounds...not sure about that though..I'll do some research.

Edit: Hemp oil is known for its wound healing properties. But I was unable to find any information about using it on diabetic foot wounds.

...I've had private communication with Gary , but he hasn't written me for a little .
I am fully homeless - It's still less than two days since the last treatment of my foot , I guess - at this point - it's relatively okay .
I'm a little bit caught up in a " let's party homeless " thing now - at least thinking that I'll take extra of my perscription codeine/Tylenol clone pain medication and see Monsters Vs. Aliens when my smaller money comes to-morrow .
Obviouly I can't continue that way .
I don't know that it would be that easy to get into squats , even if there are spaces on offer .
Back when I read Maximum Rock & Roll and Flipside regularly , I never did it , now I'm rather old .
I don't have " CRASS " and " CONFLICT " hand-written with pen upon my faded Army jacket .
My main money comes Friday .
I have to decide what I'm going to do then .

...I have to spend so much time WAITING to use a computer  , and , then , even when one's nearby , there more immediate waiting , and , distractions before I can get something " substantial " (like this) up :( ...And , I often end up forcing/sh*****g it out , just to get SOMETHING! up  :? .
I want to sleep some , but I need to do an errand , and more , and get food , even after I write this .
Really , a squat sounds possible - I don't think one can just walk in and get sent to one , however , I tend to think .
And , it would help to look better - cleaner - than I am now .
But , it won't be 'til Friday the money comes for that .
And , then , I'd have to get clothes , maybe get a motel room to get clean and in the new clothes...and then what ? On a Friday afternoon with much of my money by then spent ?

When I've been in similar circumstances I've often found a spot of a river or an irrigation ditch where there's enough concealment that I can take a bath and wash my clothes, even in urban areas.

You gotta search to find places like that.

Not as effective as a hot shower and a washing machine, but it makes a huge difference, and it's much cheaper.

Besides that, I get to look at the trees and sky, which you usually can't do in a bathtub.

Hmm, is there possibly a home for auties in the Bay Area?

Possibily they can help you?

List of support groups throughout California.

Just don't go to Sonoma County, and I doubt you would anyway.

...Well , first , I've gotten something from St. Vincent in the last month , not eligible again for a while .
Also , another thing is , as I've mentioned , I get these anti-pain pills codeine/Tylenol clones - on perscription via Medical , if I stop taking them I will start hurting , certainly if I am on a bus or on a dusty side of the road impersonating Woody Guthrie , not to mention that I also get via Medical these anti-diabetes pills - really , I should not stop taking them , immediately , either , indeed , conventional wisdom would hold that I'll need the diabetes pills for the rest of my life , in one form or another , if , right now , I'm getting them...

...I got the money Friday and I was able to replace those glasses :D .
However , I was not able to get the replacement pills  , Friday or to-day , even Saturday , when i was supposed to finally get them .
I have only one left , and will start hurting after they run out .
Furthermore , I suppose I did spend what woulld be seen as too much money on magazines and cafe (not library - I had to do things Friday , for one) Internet use such as this and fast food , whle still being fully homeless .
I tend to run through new underwear in a week or two , say , just wearing one til' it's too dirty - Much of the time I can't go to a bathroom to s**t and wipe myself :( . That's not what I want to do , but the circumstancesforce me into that position - And the diabetes pills ( Which I am also out of too . ) tend to make me do that , stomach reaction-wise , too . I took some " anti-deficant " ( which tends to give me an ultra-mild high , too . ) pills , but , I'll eventually pay for that , when they wear off .
