I thought it was pretty fair. Don't get me wrong, I liked Heather; I hoped she would win, and she was my favorite girl there. I was sad that she didn't get to stay... But at the same time, I understood. It gets to a point where you have to be able to wow everyone, even in an interview; you have to be able to get there. Honestly, I think that if anyone else had done exactly the same thing, she would have been kicked off, and no one would be crying foul.
Well, she's the only girl who looks like a real model.
She had the best shots consistently. She was robbed.
Yes, I agree that she took the best shots consistently. But unfortunately there's more to modeling than that; even if you just stay entirely within the photo realms, outside of runways and commercials, she'd still have to be interviewed by people; she still has to make it to places on time and be able to impress the people there.
She'll still make it far if she wishes to continue. All things aside, this show did better her chances in the outside modeling world; people have seen her, they know who she is, and how well she models. If anything, the show has helped her. She is a beautiful girl, she does take lovely shots, and she's not a pain to work with; she'll go far, especially now that people know that.

What makes it really unfair is that a Salesia, who's barely a model, hasn't produced any better than mediocre film, and has worked for Tyra before, (which means should be disqualified from the show based on the show's own rules) is going to be crowned the winner.
Generally speaking, no, her shots aren't that great. I don't know anything about the rules, but I suspect it's probably quite common for them to be bent. There's no guarantee about who's going to win. I've been hearing Chantal, but maybe it won't be here; realistically, it could be any of the girls.
