What I don't understand is how can one be any more informed than the next guy if they're getting their information from petty much the exact same sources?

To top it off, if you're basically listening to the same tripe propaganda that every other source is spewing, how exactly are you 'well informed'?

That's easy: his information includes but is not limited to that shared information source.

Also, as marshall said, two people can get information from the same source and yet learn different things from it.

I don't know if this one's been posted yet, but why do NT girls feel the need to go to the bathroom in packs? I hate it when they all stampede in while I'm trying to use the washroom. It's just really uncomfortable and makes me quite anxious. And then they all block the sinks. Frankly, It'd be super awkward for me if someone were standing around just waiting for me to be done.

I don't understand why people like other people who are nasty, shallow, condescending, etc... it's as if I am the only one who can see it and everyone else over looks it.

just like different religions interpret their holy books to warp them to support their bigotry sometimes-"well it says it in the bible/talmud/koran so its ok to hate and be predjudiced".

How someone can sit there pick on a person right in front of an authority figure who does nothing but when that person defends themselves the authority figure will come down with the wrath of the gods on the tormented person in defese of the tormentor. I will never get this. :?

Why people call people they barely know friends? It boggles the mind.

Why NT's are worried about how people they hate think or feel about them. My mom had the biggest fuss about this not too long ago with an employee she couldn't stand, she hated the employee but wanted her to still think they were cool. I'll never understand this...

I was just thinking about this one the other day! (Or more like "does this make my bum look big?") It's so dumb, because if you're fat, then the answer is "no" because it's not the clothes, it's you. Buuut if you're skinny and it makes your butt look big, then it's the clothes' fault, so there's no reason to take it personally! (And personally I'd be grateful if you saved me from walking around in clothes that made me look bad.) So it seems like as a man you'd be able to win that question with any honest answer, buuut... no. Apparently not.

I guess I understand the purse and shoe thing though. Each one is different and gives a different impression so you can make so many different "looks" by wearing different ones. It's like an art, I think, dressing yourself up and looking different every day. It seems like it would be fun. (If you like being conspicuous and don't mind less-than-comfortable shoes.) I guess it's like a hobby, which is why they buy so many different kinds. (Don't we all know what it's like to put a lot of time/money/effort into our hobbies?)

I don't think being more "enlightened" has anything to do with being more "well-informed". It's more about processing what you hear/read/see critically, knowing your values, and staying true to them.

I think calling certain narrow-minded people "ignorant" is euphemistic. If it's willful they aren't truly ignorant. Nope, they're just stupid. There, I said it. That's the problem with the world. Too many stupid people.

No no....what I told you was pretty much in his words; he literally said he believed he was more enlightened than everyone else, and wanted to save those others from the errors of their ways; I wish I could make this up.

Why do people keep friends that they don't really like, trust or respect?

I think due to social status, and to avoid "burning bridges" or something; I've burned bridges--many of them, but in my case, I'm ok with it.

I literally believe I made the right decision in doing so in those cases.

Why do NT men (many not all) always resort to calling a woman that they don't know well fat or ugly when they're angry with her?

Why can't they just focus on the real issue and resolve that?
