I loved it when I saw it, some of it described me, but I'm not actually "faceblind"

I think this applies to me pretty well.

I also think you did a great job.
It really describes Aspies well, in my mind.

Well, if your not tired of hearing it already: Well done! Well done indeed!
Very precise, easy to grasp, and simple at the same time. I guess you can understand it, even if your pretty young, like 8 years old or so. I guess there's a little more to being aspie, so I, too would encourage more cartoons, e.g. on some of the problems on motor skills (walking, cycling etc.) and talking/pronounciation. I really don't know if these issues are easy or appropriate to illustrate the same way, but I would really like to see more cartoons coming. I feel well described by most of them, too, and actually liked them so much, that I had a laugh or two while reading. Job well done!

Small argument with this: I am (suspecting) Aspie, and I know a few aspies, who are extrovertive. Being in crowded loud areas can excite us, and talking to people we enjoy alot. granted, I still have a bit of a hard time discussing things with a lot of people (big part of that is always wanted to comment on everything) but I still love being around people, and I actually don't really like alone time that much. I see the positive aspects of it, but I feel loneliness and detachment during them. Just thought you shouldn't suggest that all Aspie people are introvertive.

Well done greenturtle!

I have just read through all posts and discovered your blogg, t-shirts and book, well done on that too :). May I suggest you edit your original post to include links at the bottom? If I hadn't been curious I would have thought the rest of this thread was praise from people and missed the rest.

Thanks! I would edit my post if I could, but I am only allowed 9999 minutes to change it after original submission. I could use some more 9's. :?

Well, since I am here, I'll plug my post for Autistics Speaking Day 2011. Please check it out: Chasing Typical

Another remix coming your way!
[img][800:386]http://i1133.photobucket.com/albums/m598/Little_Miss_Teri/aspieremixsensorytolight.png[/img]

This one's based on how I hate bright lights. I'm the one running away saying "AAAAH! It's too bright!"
It took me forever to find pictures and images from your blog. But you have the result! =)

EDIT: Yes, I know even NT's wouldn't stare at the sun like that unless they were idiots (no offence to any NT's here). It's just a little exaggeration on light sensory issues.

Ha ha! I like it! Thank you - I will share it with my readers. :)

Myself, I'm usually OK with bright lights, except car headlights at night - that's a pet peeve of mine.

Yeah, I don't like bright lights in general, but I hate car headlights at night!

Sunlight doesn't bother me. It's the bright artificial lights, fluorescent in particular, that make me sick.

I get annoyed when NT talk about the weather. I really don't care if it's sunny out or grey. I hate when NT complain about the rain. Unless it's causing floods it's a good thing. If it was "nice" out every day we would all die of starvation eventually.
